Miley Ray Cyrus born Destiny Hope Cyrus, November 23, 1992 is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. The controversy over her personal life, public appearance and performance has always attracted media interest. Cyrus was born to Billy Ray Cyrus and became a teen idol when she played the title role on the Disney Channel television show Hannah Montana (2006)-2011. Hannah Montana's top-ranked and third-five top-five album, as well as the US Billboard Hot 100 Top-ten single "He Could be the One."
